"We got married at Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm on 18 February 2012 and from the open house a year earlier to the early planning stages of our wedding day, our experience with the staff at Stanley's was wonderful. We visited several potential venues but when we arrived at Stanley's, we knew we wanted to get married there. One of the facility's event coordinators, Rhonda Comeau, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and helped us make our big day perfect. The personal service she provided for us was the foundation of our perfect experience. Stanley's is simply a beautiful and remarkable location, summer or winter. We had our engagement pictures done outside on the spectacular grounds in August 2011 on a beautiful sunny day and there were so many beautiful spots to choose from! For the February 2012 wedding ceremony, we chose the outdoors "Cedars" location and all our guests commented on how beautiful it was. On a nice sunny day at -1C with clear blue skies, the 5-minute horse-drawn sleigh ride to the Cedars with the ceremony in the white snow made it look like a fairy tale - it was spectacular! The reception followed at the main building called "The Maples" and its soaring draped ceilings gave the evening a very elegant feeling. The staff and service were amazing, and on top of everything, the food was absolutely wonderful! Each guest was well looked after, every small detail was taken care of allowing us to just relax and enjoy our day, the decor was amazingly elegant and the WOW factor was definitely there when guests walked in, even for us! Several of them told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and they sang the praises of the service, food and location. We highly recommend Stanley's for your special day! Earl, Joy, Kathy, Rhonda and all the staff at Stanley's, thank you for making our day magical, fabulous and low stress, and for making all of the work behind the scenes seem so effortless! "Hello Earl, I am the second of the two official photographers who shot the Bender/Gordon wedding this past Saturday. My boyfriend is the lanky redhead who shot as first camera. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your beautiful farm, and how well everything was run. Your staff always showed up discreetly, and in the nick of time, to do their jobs quickly and efficiently before fading into the background again. I know how much work goes into keeping everything running so smoothly. Huge kudos to you and to of course to them! And as I'm sure you can already guess, as photographers, we were spoiled for choice as to where to shoot, which gave us and the bridal party great variety. "Hello to everyone at Stanley's Farm, Thank you! Our wedding was amazing. Not only was everything spectacular but we had a blast. We were enjoying ourselves so much that before we knew it, things were drawing to a close. Nevertheless, we are so glad that the weather held out, the hall was so beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. Everything fell into place perfectly. Not to mention everyone at Stanley's has been wonderful to work with, so kind and helpful, and very friendly. We are so glad that we chose to have our wedding at Stanley's. We tell people about how amazing our wedding was all the time, and our friends do, too. Everyone who attended was amazed, and the people who see pictures are awed. Many have told me that they felt it was something out of a fairytale or a movie. Everything was so perfect, beautiful and unique. It truly was the day of our dreams and we just wanted to say thank you for everything. As for the photos, you have our permission to use them on your Facebook page, blog and/or website. "Dear Earl,
From the moment John and I walked around on the property we fell in love with the place and we felt a calmness about it. We were both looking for a place to hold our wedding that felt relaxed and had beautiful scenery. We certainly found both when we got there.
It was a pleasure dealing with you and all your staff and you certainly took care of all our needs. It made things so much easier to book all the wedding needs like the officiant and the DJ right therein your office. The Olde Stone House was gorgeous and the decorations were perfect. We really liked the idea of the dance floor and the bar being outside and the midnight bbq on the porch. It seemed to give our reception a more "outside casual feel".
All the guests loved the fact that they could roam the property at their leisure and everyone had nothing but wonderful things to say about the place. Earl, Kathy, June and Joclyne definitely looked after our needs and beyond and made us feel very at ease.
Once again we thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all that was done to make out wedding day a memorable experience! I have included a few pictures for you. They turned out amazing.

"I just wanted to send a quick email expressing how much my family and I enjoy visiting your sugar bush. Discovered last year, my sister and I decided to return this year and try out the Easter Egg Hunt with my now-3 year old and to bring along a friend and her son. As per last year, the staff was pleasant, the grounds, sights, and activities were excellent, the buffet was fantastic, and the gift bag at the end of the egg hunt was obviously put together with thought and care. If we weren't convinced then that we would always return to Stanley's, a trip to a competing sugar bush the following weekend with some other family members confirmed that yours is superior! Looks like we will be returning next year and bringing a few more friends and family along with us! Keep up the wonderful work and we'll see you next year!"

"On June 19th, Myself and my Wife were married at Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm. We chose to have our ceremony and reception at Stanley's as they could conveniently host and facilitate all our needs on this special day and within our budget. Prior meetings with Stanley's staff were also easily arranged and organized so that all pre-wedding planning and concerns were easily addressed and taken care of.
Our ceremony was at the "Stone Steps". This outdoor location was an excellent location for us as it was surrounded by seasonal flowers in great abundance. We did not need a floral decorator as we preferred a more natural look and surrounding. The many trees around us offered us plenty of shade as well. During the ceremony the groom is "miked" for sound allowing all your guests to hear the ceremony.
Amy and her family arrived via horse and carriage, a very nice touch that enhanced our day. After the ceremony her and I left in the carriage for a brief but very welcome pause to our exciting day. We were taken around the farm and into the woods where we had a chance to enjoy a few minutes to ourselves and some champagne which is waiting for you chilled inside the carriage.
Our Reception was held at the "Olde Stone House". A cozier setting that easily seated our 50 guests. It was beautifully decorated, air conditioned, had both a mens and woman's bathroom and had the optional bridal retreat. We did get the bridal retreat and I recommend it. This place gave the girls a place to go that was quiet and out of the way. We also had a few babies at the wedding so this room served us well in that regards where our friends could take their children when needed for feedings and some quiet time. There was an outdoor bar, dance floor and the whole place is beautifully landscaped with flowers, rock gardens, and lit walking trails.
For the Dinner we had the "maple chicken". This dish is very good! It came with all the trimmings and was well proportioned. For dessert we had the berry compote. Highly recommended for a hot day. Stanley's will work with you on preparing your menus so all your guests dietary needs will be looked after.
Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm is a real working farm with all the associated sights, sounds and animals. If you are looking for a place where you and your guests will have a great day with many things to do, then Stanley's is the place. I highly recommend if you have a photographer, that they visit Stanley's at least twice. There are too many photo opportunities and locations to list or recommend!
What we really liked about Stanley's was their staff. From the moment we and our guests arrived we were well taken care of. The staff were around to assist and fix any last minute changes or requests and most importantly..dress issues and crooked ties! They take great pride in their jobs and it shows. I would recommend Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm as a wedding venue to anyone. They will work with you to make sure your day is a most beautiful and memorable one.
