Reserve a Space in the Christmas Village

All payments for the Christmas Village are processed at time of booking. You must call into the office at 613-821-2751 within in 2 business days of submitting your request with a valid Visa or MasterCard. It will be needed to register and pay for your booking. Your card is charged at time of confirming your spots. All spots not confirmed within 2 business days are released. The Office is closed Saturdays & Sundays.

Step 2: Choose a date and time for your visit. The number of available spaces is the number listed under each date and time. A confirmation that your reservation was received will be emailed to you. Please check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive this.

Step 4: Enter your requested date and requested time. Private bookings outside of regular operating hours are available for groups of 60 or more Contact us for more details.

Please note: To maximize your experience, a minimum of 12 participants are required to run each trip. If the minimum number is not met for your preferred departure time we will be in touch to reschedule your group for the next available time.

Step 5: Process your payment by calling into our office at 613-821-2751. A valid Visa or MasterCard. You'll receive a payment confirmation via email. Please bring this with you to Stanley's Christmas Village to check in for your visit.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and dates are non-exchangeable. No cancellations will be accepted. Tickets are transferable to a third party, however the original email & order confirmation must be presented at time of check in.

If Stanley's Christmas Village needs to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions you will be notified by email and/or telephone on the date of your visit by no later than 11am. All tickets for the cancelled date will be refunded within 5 business days. If you do not receive notice of cancellation the Christmas Village experience is open and no refunds will be given.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check in at our Gift Shoppe. Sleighs/Wagons depart promptly at the times listed above. Late arrivals will result in you missing your sleigh/wagon and we cannot guarantee spaces on a later run. No Refunds for late arrivals.

Stanley's Christmas Village is an outdoor winter activity and incorporates interaction with live animals, horse-drawn rides and exposure to the elements. Anyone entering the Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm property and taking part in any of the related activities does so at their own risk. Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm, its servants, agents, employees, and its landlords, are not responsible for any damages or injuries received while on the premises
